GROUPS OF 7 OR MORE
Due to Government restrictions you will not be permitted to visit Adventure Segway with a social group of more than 6 participants unless you are in one household along with anyone in your support bubble.
If you have an existing booking of more than 6 participants then you can:
– reduce the overall group size to 6 or less;
– split your group between different sessions;
– put your booking on hold to amend to an alternative date at a later time;
– request a full refund for any cancelled participants.

CANCELLED SESSIONS BETWEEN 28 MARCH – 24 JULY, 2020
If you have a pre-booked session that was originally scheduled between 28 March – 24 July, 2020 then we have made your booking with us open-dated. This means you can now visit us on any alternative operating date that is convenient for you. Simply give give us a call on 0371 789 1024 between 9.00am – 6.00pm to amend your booking.
CAN I UPGRADE FOR FREE?
Donâ€™t worry about our terms, weâ€™ve relaxed them. You wonâ€™t be required to upgrade or pay any difference in price or a rescheduling fee and there is no time limit for which youâ€™ll need to visit us in the future. You can now choose to take advantage of joining us on any expedition or Halloween Glide & Glow instead.
CAN I GET A REFUND INSTEAD?
We will provide a full refund if your cancelled session is due to weather, capacity or any other operational reason that is unaffected by Covid-19. We will not refund you if your adventure has been affected by a Government enforced restriction. Adventure Segway is a permanent visitor experience so we do hope you can find a convenient time to visit us in the future when the temporary restrictions end.
BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAY 25 JULY, 2020
All sessions scheduled from Saturday 25 July, 2020 will go ahead as originally planned.
I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER THAT’S ABOUT TO EXPIRE
Don’t worry – we have automatically extended all vouchers by the amount of days we have been closed.
MY EXPIRY DATE IS BEFORE 24 JULY, 2020
If your voucher expired before 24 July, 2020 then we have extended it by the amount of days we were closed between 28 March, 2020 and your original expiry date. Additional days have been added on from 25 July, 2020.
MY EXPIRY DATE IS AFTER 25 JULY, 2020
If your voucher expired after 25 July, 2020 then we have extedned it by the full 119 days to reflect our period of closure.
IF YOU HAVE A VOUCHER SUPPLIED FROM INTO THE BLUE
As this is a third-party retailer with their own terms you will need to contact them directly to assist you further if your voucher expired during our period of closure.
If you have already made a booking with us and received an Adventure Segway booking confirmation then no further action is required. You can simply amend your experience to an alternative date by giving us a call on 0371 789 1024 between 9.00am – 6.00pm.
WHEN WILL YOU RE-OPEN?
Adventure Segway is now open daily until 27 September, and then select dates until 29 November, 2020.

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present. We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. Our company is committed to doing everything possible to assist visitors with a safe environment for which everyone can have fun together.
We are making some temporary changes to our usual operating practice to ensure we operate a safe environment for everyone.
We will be limiting the group size to 10 participants in any one session. This means larger groups of 11 or more (all corporate events, social clubs, stag and hen do’s etc.) have been cancelled for the remainder of our 2020 season.
To limit the amount of people in our welcome building and training area at any one time, we will space sessions out to ensure there is a minimum 30 minute window between sessions. This will also allow our team a little more time to sanitize frequent touch points between every session.
USE OF FACIAL COVERINGS
If you are 11 or older, you will need to to wear a facial covering during the one-on-one training session at the start of your experience. It’s likely you will be required to wear this only for approximately 10 minutes* of your 90 minute experience.
RELAXATION OF HELMET RULE
Until now, we required all visitors to use our own supplied helmets, because we retain a log of thorough checks of all of our safety equipment. However, until further notice, you are welcome to bring and use your own personal helmet and whistle lanyard instead of using our own.
QUARANTINE OF ALL SAFETY EQUIPMENT
We have enough helmets and whistle lanyards to ensure these items are used on a rotational basis and are only used by one person during any 24 hour period. All of our equipment is washed and sanitised overnight.
USE OF HAND SANITIZER
We have one touch point during the adventure, and that’s consistently holding onto the vehicle handlebars. *We will provide hand sanitizer to all our visitors, and we will kindly ask you to use it prior to boarding a vehicle. We also have toilets which you can use to thoroughly wash your hands before you leave at the end of your session.
To promote 2m physical distancing throughout the attraction, we have installed signage in the visitor areas to encourage everyone to maintain physical distancing and separate groups.
All indoor and outdoor seating has been modified to maintain physical distancing from other participants that are not in your group.
We will also encourage everyone to pay using contactless technology and there is no minimum spend requirement.
